If there is a larger topic that you would like to look at both intellectually and emotionally, I will accompany you as a focus guide with the presence that can best help you during the process. We map the life situation you arrive with, the topics you bring. During the process, focusing is called support.
If you want a tool at hand that helps you effectively, you can learn the method from me both individually and in groups. Focusing teaches you to actively observe and connect with yourself. You can use it even if you feel pain, your body "signals": understanding attention may resolve the pain, while pointing to mental contents.
I can also support you as a coach if you have specific personal or work-related questions.
I support you in decision-making and in reaching your goal. And that you can do all this in a safe environment.
Focusing supports the coaching process as an additional element to get closer to emotions.
